Art has been useful when it comes to self discovery and also when it comes to understanding the world around us. With the help of a fictionalized group of board directors who face a real business problem, the book links the vibrant world of business and that of performing arts. The activities and the experiences of this fictionalized group are based on real life experiences, and the authors share the ten core lessons from which we can learn from performing artists, which will help to deliver winning performances in our personal and business lives.

The book is original and it speaks about a topic that is unique and different. As the book progresses, we see the fictional characters progressing through their programme, which is good for readers to get an understanding of their realizations and how these artists work together to deliver great performances. Each the end of each chapter, readers learn about the core ideas of the performances and how understanding the performance of every member of the ensemble is vital to the overall effect.
