Presidential Souls is a unique book, as author Lisa Moulden shares her readings of the souls of US presidents, current political candidates, and other significant figures of American history. She is greeted by past presidents involved in various activities and dressed in different costumes and hats; the hats especially represent some part of the president’s life. Frequently, the details of a president’s life were not known to her prior to the reading (nor will these likely be familiar to the reader). However, she researched some of these scenarios and found a connection to the president’s life – quite interesting, indeed. Each chapter includes an artist’s rendering, or photograph, of the individual, basic information, and a brief sketch of her reading.

Lisa Moulden shares her readings, and other related information, from the other side in her intriguing book, Presidential Souls. The author writes in a clear, concise style, and the book is a quick, easy read. It will likely be most attractive to those readers who believe in the ability of the deceased to communicate with the living through intuitive people. One noteworthy comment - there seemed to be a marked shift in the quality of information received from those who have departed, and those who are still living. Perhaps, that is due to the fact the people are still living; it would have been helpful for the author to have explained that aspect more clearly. That being said, many readers will enjoy this different perspective on the leaders of our nation.
