Reaching Beyond the Break: Trusting God When the Odds of Life are Stacked Against You! by Cornelius Dixon is an incredible work designed to encourage Christians. It exhorts struggling believers to hold on, even in the darkest hours, and through life’s most difficult struggles. Using the analogy of the rope, this insightful book equips readers with the tools that they need to make it through tough times when all around them looks black and grim. Some of these tools vital to Christian believers are prayer, wisdom, patience, hope, and an attitude of praise. An in-depth analysis of the fruits of the Spirit is given. Special emphasis is given to joy, peace, faith, love, along with the other five gifts of the Spirit. The author also provides a humble confession of his own personal struggles and how he found victory through Jesus Christ.
This is a beautiful and inspirational resource guide filled with incredible teachings. Well written and based on sound biblical doctrine, this book is a must-read for Christians everywhere as we all face life’s challenges at times. The author presents an easy to understand and easy to follow axiom to equip Christian believers with a powerful set of godly principals. Fast becoming one of my favorite Christian authors, Dixon offers a realistic and down to earth approach to overcoming life’s challenges through faith in Jesus Christ.
