The author gives readers techniques and tips to relax by just talking to various parts of their bodies, and forming a peaceful and relaxing habit that will enable them to sleep well. The book will help parents transform the stressful bedtime habits of their kids into tranquil ones.

The book is very helpful to all parents who are struggling with the bedtime habits of their kids. The illustrations are bright and captivating and give clarity to the author's words and concept. The pictures give pace and movement to the story and scenes. The book is definitely a good bedtime read and both parents and grandparents will find it helpful when it comes to putting kids and grandkids to bed.
