Sacred Life: Healing from the Virus in Consciousness by Bedri Cag Cetin Ph.D. is a book for anyone seeking to reach deeper levels of spiritual consciousness and experience an equally deeper level of fulfillment, happiness, and inner peace. It brilliantly re-establishes the missing link between science and spirituality and delivers a message and a tool for readers to liberate themselves from suffering. This book is packed with wisdom and truth. Starting with an expose of who we are, the book takes the reader through the different realms of consciousness, from the perspective of the “Person,” the part of us that deals with thoughts and emotions; the “Self/Physical” that deals with sensations; the “Self/Energy” that is linked to feelings; the "Mind" which processes belief systems and feelings; and “Being/Truth,” which is construed as the realm of knowing and meaning. This book offers tools to connect with our inner guide, tap into our conscious energy, and embrace the path towards healing and spiritual growth.

Sacred Life is brilliantly written and I loved the way Bedri Cag Cetin establishes the connection between science and spirituality, bringing more life to the writing by sharing personal stories and letting readers in on his own journey. Readers will understand their Inner Guide, discover the place of a spiritual teacher, and understand the liberating power of forgiveness and its place in the healing process as well as factors that make forgiveness a challenge for most people. I particularly enjoyed the part where the author talks about creating our own reality. An insight from the author’s own life is one that I connected to strongly and many readers will find themselves in the same situation. The author writes: “For most of my life, I felt I had been living with two different selves in two different realities. My superficial self was always miserable with an overwhelming sense of lack and was ceaselessly searching for his soulmate for wholeness. On the other hand, my deeper self was a Truth-lover—at peace inside—devoted to the ultimate realization of that ineffable Absolute Reality.” Read this book to understand how to achieve wholeness. Sacred Life: Healing from the Virus in Consciousness will have an irresistible appeal to fans of New Age spirituality and anyone genuinely seeking the true path to their own awakening. It can be read as a spiritual autobiography or a self-help book loaded with insights and spiritual truths.

Growing up with idealistic and perfectionist parents, Bedri Cag Cetin Ph.D. was set for "maximal accomplishment and minimal trouble" and taught that success was the prerequisite for a happy life, but life had a different plan. Sacred Life contains what the author learns from one disappointing relationship after another, being introduced to his Inner Guide, and initiating his sacred and mysterious path of awakening that's filled with out-of-this-world miracles. Follow the author as he travels to Turkey, Japan, and other locations; falls victim to scammers and a crippling fear of contacting Coronavirus; discovers deep revelations about life with his spiritual mentor; and analyzes and questions himself. Sacred Life is aimed at helping readers attain spiritual vision, realize what is truly valuable, and let go of what is valueless.

Sacred Life is an explosive book that reveals maps to unexplored mind territories; explosive because it has initiated a new pattern of thought in me that could metamorphize my actions and fast-track me to the haven I seek. The book shows the dark side of humans and what they can resort to in order to amass material gain, and the dangers of seeking fulfillment from outside influences. Though there are references to the Bible and religious concepts like "God", the book is not centered on any particular religion. I loved the beautiful and descriptive designs and images in the book. Definitions are given to some words to illustrate their specific meanings in the context of the author's teaching. All these thoughtful additions make Sacred Life a valuable, well-designed book. Bedri Cag Cetin's book is strongly recommended to people who seek satisfaction and peace or are troubled about some aspects of their lives.

Sacred Life: Healing from the Virus in Consciousness by Bedri Cag Cetin Ph.D. is an autobiographical self-help book. He uses his life story to help show how he found his inner guide or oneness. This book is about spirituality and how you can find your inner peace or joy. Bedri Cag Cetin used conversations with his mentor to help explain how things worked. He also uses stories of what happened to him and how it helped him. There is a question-and-answer segment at the end of the book too.

I thought that Sacred Life by Bedri Cag Cetin Ph.D. was a fascinating book. I loved how he used stories of his past; it made him seem more relatable. I loved the format that he used when showing his conversations with his mentor to help answer questions that might be asked. He did a wonderful job with his world-building; I have not been to many of those places but I could see them quite clearly. The photos that he used were a nice personal touch to his stories. I loved how Bedri Cag Cetin used the questions and answers at the end. It was a good way to remember the previous questions. I liked that he mentioned that you might not understand the first time around, so you may have to reread the book again. He even gave his email and website address in case there were more questions, which was nice of him to do. If you are on a spiritual path looking for answers, then I would definitely recommend you read this book.

Sacred Life: Healing from the Virus in Consciousness by Bedri Cag Cetin, Ph.D. is a profound book that takes readers into the world of intuitive silent knowing, the art of unconditional love, and joyful living in the present moment, and will give readers glimpses of the author's pursuit and realization of truth and his spiritual journey. The author's early life of having parents who were both idealists and perfectionists, and how they influenced his thinking during his formative years is discussed. He speaks of participating in spirit board seances hosted by his mother and doing complex math puzzles with his father. The mysteries of the spirit world and the curiosity surrounding it, the author's introduction to his mother's spiritual teacher all speak of his mysterious and sacred path of awakening. It is a book that will make readers understand the importance of inner peace, self-discovery, and the connection between science and spirituality.

Bedri Cag Cetin shares his experiences with honesty and it is interesting to see how his relationships evolved from thrilling to devastating, and from promising and easy to trying and complicated. The insights are uplifting and give readers new ways of perceiving life and the way they think about emotions and dealing with life. The Q & A sessions between the author and his teacher give a wealth of information on spirituality, Inner Guide, ego, forgiveness, the mind being the enemy, spiritual surrender, how to deal with the virus during this pandemic, and many other useful questions pertaining to living a joyful and peaceful life free from ego and angst, and negative emotions and thoughts.

I enjoyed reading Sacred Life as it takes readers into another realm, another dimension, which transcends the boundaries of the usual human way of deciphering life. It gives them another way of looking at life, to effect transformation in the way they think and deal with life on a daily basis and see how peaceful it can be. The manner in which the author knits his story into the insights on spirituality has been done deftly, making this book engaging and fascinating to read and own.

In doing so, he was able to create a reality that served his highest and most authentic interests. If you are feeling overwhelmed or are experiencing conflicting thoughts regarding the best path to take, Sacred Life will help you toward clarity, understanding, and inspire you to realize your own inner strength and manifest a life that serves your highest good.

Sacred Life by Bedri Cag Cetin Ph.D. is a compelling and enlightening look at the existence of a divine Inner Guide. Even if you are already a spiritual person, you are going to gain so much knowledge around your thought processes and how they could be affecting your life choices. I loved the explanation of how the ego can take control and lead you in a direction that does not serve you. This quote from the book totally clarified my confusion over ego-centered thinking: 'When you experience fear, guilt, or blame, know that you have already chosen the ego as your guide.' I also thought of describing the ego as the ultimate narcissist extremely powerful. The author's use of comparing the ego to a tree was such a strong and effective analogy. I found the entire contents of the book so informative especially the chapters on dreams, manifestation, and forgiveness. The anecdote shared by the teacher around mind and intellect was really inspirational. To realize the power we all hold but choose to hand it over to our ego was such a motivation to surrender to our personal Inner Guide. The dialogue between the author and teacher at the end of each chapter was really helpful as it gave clarity to any unanswered questions. The premise that if you give people the power to make you happy also gives them the power to make you unhappy was really eye-opening. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is searching for higher awareness and understanding of life.
