Anne Marie Citro grew born and raised in Toronto Canada. Anne Marie is married to a very patient man. He is the love of her life. They have four very cool sons, and the girls they brought into their family that have become daughters of her heart. She has been blessed enough to finally have two beautiful granddaughters after four sons. She has her own personal gaggle of girlfriends, who enrich her life on a daily basis and make her laugh. Friday is her favorite day of the week. Drinks with the girls and date night with her hubby. She worked with special-needs teenagers, that taught her how to appreciate life and see it through gentler eyes. Anne Marie was encouraged by her husband to follow her lifelong dream to write. She loves the characters that take over imagination and haunts her dreams. She loves the arts and she has tried her hand at painting, wood sculpting, chainsaw carving, wood burning, metal and wire sculptures. Yes, her husband is a very patient man! But nothing makes her happier than riding on the back of her husband's Harley and throwing her arms out and feeling the wind race by. Seductive Santino is a work of fiction in the new adult sub-genre with plenty of sizzling romance and family drama and was penned by author Anne Marie Citro. Forming the fourth volume of the Savage’s Buck & Doe series, the novel is written for adult audiences due to some sexual scenes and references to violent tragedy. Our central figure for this adventure is the titular Santino, who works at his family’s resort, but harbors a lot of fire and resentment for the loss of his father and oldest brother. When Chloe arrives at the resort for her bachelorette party, Santino takes an interest in her fiancé, sensing that something is wrong with the man that the beautiful Chloe has decided to marry.
Author Anne Marie Citro crafts a wonderfully immersive love story that stays grounded in real human drama, and contains plenty of complexities and emotional arcs for all its characters. One of the things which impressed me most was the character development, not just for our central pair, but into the expanded world of Santino’s family members and the supporting cast of the wedding party. Every person is fully emotionally realized, making it feel as though you are reading about real people, and are therefore even more invested in their future happiness or, in some cases, comeuppance. What results is a poignant tale about trust and the risks we must take for truth and happiness, and overall I would certainly recommend Seductive Santino to readers seeking a deep and developed new adult read.
