The book makes readers look at health seriously without making the process looking serious. Nothing makes you feel good more than feeling hale and hearty, and this book gives insight into the topic in a fun manner. The author gives a good plan, avoiding pit falls, and helps readers to manage their lives accordingly. The book is simple, fun, and will change lives.

The first part of the book is about using basic business strategies on how to plan to make wellions, and the author shares hands-on exercises in this part so that readers can start doing the work immediately. The second part will teach one how to manage time, and avoid the common mistakes one makes that put their money at risk. The last part is about where the big payoff happens. The author blends the world of health and business management deftly in an innovative and unique way, making it applicable to readers in a good way.
