Cristian may not promise this in twenty-four hours, but he narrows it down to an attainable twenty-four-day program. With a combination of targeted exercise techniques and a modified dietary plan, the path to a rapid set of ripped abs becomes achievable for those who can commit to this candid system. Within the book, readers are provided with direct links to videos that show precisely what exercises the book details, and furnishes a comprehensive daily plan for washboard abs.
It's always a good sign when my husband, a bona fide gym rat (but a much less enthusiastic bookworm), pulls the e-reader from my hands with deft spirit. The author doesn't quibble in letting us know that ab perfection isn't easy and that retaining them is even less so, but - as it is with all things we tend to want in life - it is worth it, if your long game is to secure optimal fitness. There are plenty of gimmicky systems on the market, but I'm pleased to assure you that Six Pack in 24 Days: Complete Training Program for a Well Defined Six Pack by Caprioru Cristian isn't one of them. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in a strong stomach and a new, healthier way of life.
