Soul Ownership by Ryan Fredric Steinbeck is an inspirational poetry book about a joinery, internally and externally. This poetry book will lure you in from the start with the author's style of delivery. True poetry lovers will respect Ryan Fredric Steinbeck's poetic flow. His poems are beyond the average. This part taken from the last poem is powerful writing.

'Today I remembered what it was like to be awake, my footprints displayed in sequence.
My mind pulled from evaporitic deposits
of monotony’s erosion,'

Writing like this hooks me right from the beginning. Poets are creators of a world that takes readers to an untraveled place. When a poet delivers expressions chalked with the proper metaphors and similes, the reading leaps up off the page and enters the reader's mind. This puts the reader in the poem and allows them to flow with each stanza. You can tell the author is a student of the craft and understands poetry. I can appreciate authors who take time and don't just throw words together.

This particular poetry book didn't read like the others I've read over the years. These poems made me pause and think. This is a wonderful work. It allows the reader to slowly absorb the writing and view the creation of intellect as a work of art. I recommend this to all poetry lovers. They will not be disappointed. The author has taken the time to put together a collection of poems that will touch your emotions in a profound way.
