Soul Vampires: Reclaiming Your Lifeblood After Narcissistic Abuse by Andrea Schneider is a book based on narcissistic abuse and works as a guide for all those who are trying to heal from relationships with a narcissist - be it work, familial or romantic relationships. The book takes them on a road of recovery from narcissistic abuse to a stronger position instead of a beaten experience. The author's words give the survivors freedom from pain and abuse, and help them connect with their life spirit, emotional wellness and renewed strength. The book is empowering and reaches out to a large number of people who need the wisdom shared in the book to make their lives more fulfilling and enriching.

The book gives valuable insights, advice and affirmations to all those who want to get out of the relationships they have with narcissistic abusers. It is also designed to illuminate the signs that one is dealing with a malignant narcissist, the more extreme form of narcissism. The book is good for both victims and therapists alike as it is packed with a lot of information and resources for recovery and healing. The Narcissist's Toolbox is indeed very helpful in identifying one quickly and seeing how easy it is for anyone to get trapped in their web of lies and deceit. The diagrams in the book are useful in understanding more easily what the author is trying to convey. The self-care practices for ongoing recovery and wellness reclamation are also useful to the victims and aid them in reclaiming their own power and their confidence.
