Stress & Anxiety Relief In Minutes is an adult coloring book created by Seat Of Your Soul. The designs provided are extremely intricate and are duplicated on facing pages. One of the best ways to come down from an anxiety attack or stress-related incident is to distract, and these fascinating and beautiful distractions are sure to keep the mind away from its source of stress or anxiety, focusing on the task at hand. Each of the designs are themed in Nature, and feature a girl walking into a wall of flowers, butterflies, birds, fish, flora, elephants, unicorns, monkeys, coral reef, whales, lions, moose, rabbits, foxes, leopards, sea horses, bears and more, each surrounded by such patterns as vines, flowers, waterfalls, mushrooms, and trees. The beauty of having each design in duplicate is that you can come back and color in the page anew, according to your mood, without worrying about losing the work which you had previously colored.
As a sufferer of Agoraphobia with Panic Disorder and PTSD, I am more than familiar with the types of anxiety that hit you like a ton of bricks from out of nowhere.
