Patrick LeClaire is Founder and Owner of New Life Tax Resolution, a tax resolution firm dedicated to helping individuals and small to medium businesses in Florida, and nationwide, rid themselves of their tax problems. With 20+ years experience in tax accounting, business management and leadership I offer this book as a guide to avoid and manage tax issues.

Patrick is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, Certified Management Accountant and a member of Institute of Management Accountants Leadership Academy.

In addition, the author offers his personal experiences which help the reader to determine that not only is Patrick an expert but also empathetic and considerate of the feelings of the troubled taxpayer. Whether or not you have a business, you will find useful information in this book that will assist you with vitally important decisions that not only have an impact on your finances but also your personal life.

LeClaire divides the book into three easily digestible parts. He offers examples within the book to help the reader identify or look for troubling spots within one's own assumptions that could interfere with or even sabotage a resolution with the IRS, should problems ever occur.
