I guess when someone finds a fitness system that works for them, they are so delighted that they feel obligated to share it with the world. This is a good thing because we all want to be fit. The problem is that the desire to really work at fitness comes and goes. The effort it takes to even find a good plan can be exhausting. That’s one reason I like to read and review workout books. I know how hard it is to find the perfect one. The one that works for you. I have been fit most of my life, thanks mostly to high school sports and the U.S. Army. These worked for me because, once you signed up, your choices were limited. You either went with the program or you were quickly kicked out of the program. I learned the basics and more about staying in shape in an Army Master Fitness Program. Those basics are covered in The 90-Day Home Workout Plan by Dale L. Roberts. This plan fits my requirements. I could do it at home and it is fast and efficient.

Recently I had begun to let myself go. Too much writing and reading and not enough exercise. I’m swamped for time, so something I can do at home works for me. Dale L. Roberts' The 90-Day Home Workout Plan is the program I chose and so far the results have been fantastic. I started slowly. I concentrated on the stretching and warm-ups to avoid pulling any muscles that weren't ready to get back to work yet. I am following the advice in The 90-Day Home Workout Plan to the letter, and so far it is working out for me. The book is well organized, well written, and lets you set goals that you can achieve. There are plenty of charts and pictures to ensure that you do everything correctly. It’s up to you to put it all into action.
