Anna goes to check them out and the aliens are very happy but then Anna never comes back. Stu decides that they are not going to wait around and let the aliens get them too and so he makes a plan. He asks all the ostriches who can run really fast to run around the ship. He asks the strong ones to carry sticks and grass and mud and anything that can be smeared on them. How do they scare the aliens and do they get scared according to Stu’s plans?

The Adventures of Stu and the Aliens by Patricia Gilbers is an action-packed story with a dash of fun that will make young readers smile. The story also gives the important message of how things can work well if done together and according to a plan. The illustrations by Stella Wang enliven the characters and the scenes, thereby giving the story a good pace and movement. It is a fun story to help children understand the power of standing united so that they can face all ordeals in a positive way. Stories like this with a good message will help children practice good thoughts and deeds while growing up. This book is good for storytelling sessions at home and in classrooms to encourage children to stand united when there is a problem.
