About the Author
With a creative passion for the art, Canadian Author/Illustrator Beverly Banfield brings and imaginative tale to life. This Vancouver Island Artist spent most of her childhood sketching, drawing, and painting. Creating fine art and book covers for other Authors. Telling endless bedtime stories to her two children only fuelled her creativity. She now spends her time writing and illustrating fantasy children's picture books and novels. As an artist/Illustrator Beverly Banfield now shares her creative love of art with young children and promotes young talanted artists in her books and on her websites. The Emerald Isle Princess And The Silver Tiara by Beverly Banfield revolves around thirteen-year-old Morgan who likes the sun and bare feet and not rain and rubber boots. Morgan and her family are moving, along with her beloved goldfish. The new house was big, but, unlike the description given by her mother, it was worn out. Morgan is upset that her mother is giving her brother Johnny the new room. She chooses the unimpressive blue room which had the best view and a little more closet space than the rest. Morgan lays her hands on a tiara from a little hole she finds in the house. The story takes a different turn and readers are taken on a magical ride of adventure and mystery. Is Morgan the Emerald Isle Princess? Will she meet her real prince or will she spend the rest of her life taking care of her brother? Read the story to find out more about Morgan's adventures!

Children will find the story enchanting and Morgan's adventures fascinating. The black and white illustrations make the book, scenes, and characters more attractive to readers. The narration is detailed and descriptive, making the scenes vivid and bringing an imaginative and magical story to life. All the characters in the story are adorable and well portrayed. The fluid writing style gives a good pace and movement to the story and readers will find themselves hooked to the book till the very end.
