Helen Chapman made understanding the fundamentals of meetings so thought provoking because of the added images, diagrams, and exercises that make you stop and become engaged in the meeting process. In The Meeting Book, meeting minutes, trust, and everyone being accountable for their assigned roles are key. Don't be afraid to mix it up in having meetings, from face-to-face and in a different setting like at lunch to virtually. The desired results are just that: results.
