Monika Wilbanks is a now ordained Deaconess who once travelled the world doing missionary work until she met her spiritual teacher, Olumba Olumba Obu, the man who ordained her. Ms.Wilbanks knows her history quite well as she speaks of Africa being the cradle of civilization and of the horrors of Africans being held in bondage as slaves for four hundred years. Quoting Scripture verses in each of her chapters, she states that God is come to earth and he is doing his work, righting grave and wicked wrongs and correcting injustices and that we are living in unsettled times with people lusting for material things, going against family, telling lies and blaming others for their shortcomings. The Promised Comforter is now here on earth. Those who are waiting for His Second Coming have to wait no longer.

Ms. Wilbanks is a devoted student of Olumba Olumba Obu who is a truly great and devout man. She names him as the Promised Comforter. "The New Name of God Rules" will intrigue many readers but it will also repell many others who will not be ready to accept what is written in this book. "The New Name of God Rules" is well-written, with Scriptures threaded throughout each chapter. Ms. Wilbanks does present an excellent argument for accepting her leader as the Second Coming but her viewpoint is radical. Granted the world is a mess with the polar ice caps melting, global warming escalating and nation taking up against nation so that readers will respect Monika Wilbanks's treatise but not that many will accept her viewpoint.
