This Pregnancy workbook starts with what you need to know before conception and goes through the days and weeks after delivery. The first chapter covers planning and preparing for pregnancy, fertility, taking care of yourself, medical exams, and the many other important things you need to know before getting pregnant. Chapters two through eleven cover everything you need to know from the first pregnancy test to the delivery. Chapter twelve covers the days and weeks after delivery.

I like that this book starts with planning your pregnancy, takes you through the entire time you are pregnant and the first 6 weeks of your baby’s life. Being a workbook, parents can find help in planning for their child, as well as having a wealth of information during the pregnancy to help know what is happening. Have you ever wondered about allergies during pregnancy, or blood pressure and weight gain, feel swelling or cramps in your legs? How about feeling grumpy or have mood swings? You will find the answers to these and so much more in this awesome book!

I highly recommend this book to those planning to have a child, or those ladies already expecting a child. Take this book seriously, do the work and assignments in the workbook, and the time carrying your child during your pregnancy will be more peaceful for you and your husband. This book will answer any question you have and some that you never thought to ask. It will keep you well informed with what is going on each step of the way. You do not want to be without this book!
