Mark Milbrath is an excellent writer, especially when it comes to building up tension and intrigue. The front cover is what attracted my attention first; it's so vibrant and alluring that I couldn't resist reading it. The story itself flows perfectly and develops quickly so that you are not left wondering what happens next. The first story in The Pumpkin Master sets expectations high, and I wasn't disappointed the more I read. Each story is as good as the last and is certainly a page-turner. Mark Milbrath has an extraordinary imagination and I was impressed with each of the storylines. My top three favorite stories out of the book are The Frog, Billy The Kid, and Moldy. Anyone who's brave enough to read The Pumpkin Master will love it and I'm confident that it will be a huge success, especially with children. The Pumpkin Master is one for all the family so what are you waiting for? Go check out Mark Milbrath's amazing work, and discover what other ghoulish stories he has to tell!
