Mia and Adam move to the small town of Spring Falls, New York into a home with a history of being haunted. The young couple wanted to be closer to their jobs and since Adam was interested in the paranormal and he believed that Mia had some psychic abilities, this seemed like a perfect plan. However, it very quickly turned into a terribly vivid nightmare that would change their lives forever. Mia found that indeed she had some psychic powers when she met Robin, a seven-year-old who had been haunting the house for 40 years and her evil father, Vic. I will let you read the gruesome details of this chilling novel yourself and not spoil any of the ghostly tale.

If you enjoy scary and suspenseful reading, then The Spirits of Six Minstrel Run is a must-read story about a husband and wife and a seven-year-old girl ghost. The Spirits of Six Minstrel Run is everything it claims to be and will not disappoint. Matthew S. Cox is a talented writer who knows how to put the scary in a ghost story. Although the supernatural is not my favorite genre and the fact that I did not agree with Mia’s views on God, this did not stop me from really liking and enjoying The Spirits of Six Minstrel Run. It was impossible not to find Robin adorable, Mia brave and dedicated to her cause, and Adam supportive and likable. The Spirits of Six Minstrel Run is a winner in the supernatural category.
