The Trickster Dreamer by S.C. Tzavella is a short supernatural novella. Shallowland is a magical world where a spirit photographer lives. More than that, they are also trying to prove that images of those ghosts can be captured beside relatives that are alive. Their journey is fraught with skepticism and then a spirit who doesn’t believe he is dead throws a spanner into the works by trying to expose them as frauds. A sensational trial follows for fraud and larceny and Mumler reveals a mystery, a truth that is as incredible as it is invisible.
