They Sing to Our Souls: The Animals Speak by Naomi McDonald is a fascinating read. I love animals and all of nature. While this book may seem different to many readers, I suggest you approach it with an open mind. Naomi has learned to communicate with animals. She explains how quantum physics links all material and non-material entities. Naomi communicates with animals and then shares the information with their human owners. She refers to herself as a pet psychic. Each chapter in this book tells the story of a different animal and related human that she has helped. The stories are touching and humorous. Many may think her approach to life is New Age, but quantum physics is not new. She also believes in reincarnation.

Communication through invisible waves of energy with different frequencies would explain Naomi McDonald’s method of connecting with animals. She can obtain information to make their lives more satisfying by communicating with them. Her gift is clairaudience (hearing). Others have the gift of clairvoyance (seeing) or clairsentience (feeling). Our words begin with thoughts, and thoughts have invisible energetic impulses. A person’s imagination aids in the manifestation of the material. In They Sing to Our Souls, you will learn how chakras, ancient healing traditions, reincarnation, and shamanic practices all work together. Every creation has a purpose for existing. Naomi emphatically states, “we are not of the Earth; we are the Earth.” Everything emits energy, and that energy connects all that is, whether it be material or non-material. Even after death, animals and people continue to emit their particular vibrational frequency and can connect with those who have developed their intuitive ability. Read this book and learn new ways of thinking.

They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak by Naomi McDonald is a wonderful and insightful collection of stories that helped the author navigate a new world, as well as marvelous and wondrous perspectives introduced to her by her partner and savior—her sheepdog Luke. Many of us are doing it: there is a strong impulse to talk to animals. We don’t even give much thought to why we do it, and this book profoundly gives personal answers. When a beloved animal companion comes into our lives, it becomes a meeting of hearts and minds so that it no longer appears to be a one-sided conversation. Do animals have multiple lifetimes? Can past lives affect the present? Is an animal’s spirit still alive after the physical body passes? These are some of the questions that this book tries to answer, as one dog lover taps into her ability to receive information from her animal friends.

Naomi McDonald digs to find answers in the field of quantum physics, metaphysics, and mysticism, and her participation in an animal communication course. McDonald has a writing voice that gives her work a Chicken Soup Series feel. They Sing To Our Souls is an enlightening and liberating perspective that will free you from any inhibition of talking to your pets out of fear of being labeled as a weirdo by those who don’t understand. This work affirms that talking to animals is not only natural but also makes us feel more secure in uncertain circumstances. That’s how I feel when I talk to my four cats and any animals I meet, and because I like to think they have their own way of processing words not limited to the spoken. The lessons that McDonald learned from Luke and her other animal friends show that aligning ourselves to a deeper connection with animals is a sign of intelligence. This is a must-read for anyone who has ever said hello to a passing cat or argued with a dog about house rules.

They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak by Naomi McDonald is an extremely interesting book. Being an animal communicator, Naomi can hear when animals speak. Based on what she heard, in They Sing To Our Souls Naomi shares 20 lessons that she received from animals. I’m so pleased that Naomi shares these lessons because certain religions degrade animals as lower forms of living beings. I cannot agree with this because I can easily see that we humans have much to learn from animals. Indeed, They Sing To Our Souls contains many such lessons, and these lessons are wise and profound. At the end of each lesson, it finishes with a meaningful quotation.

Instead of thinking we humans are superior living beings, why don’t we humble ourselves and learn to live closer to nature like animals? There are many lessons we can learn from animals as shared by Naomi McDonald in They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak. In Lesson Two: Penelope - Recognizing the Intuitive Talent We All Possess, Naomi shares that there are three modes whereby we can receive information from animals: intuitively hearing (clairaudience), seeing (clairvoyance), and feeling (clairsentience). How fascinating! I’m definitely enlightened by the sharing in Lesson Nineteen: Odessa and Doc - Spirit Leaving Our Bodies which describes the orderly process when the Earth reclaims a physical body. They Sing To Our Souls is a recommended read for those who are open to learning from animals.

They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak is a heartfelt collection of true stories recounting Naomi McDonald's experiences as an animal communicator for over two decades. Ever since she was a child, Naomi gravitated toward animals from whom she received a kind of unconditional love like no other. Her unique connection with animals inspired her to learn to become an animal communicator, even though it created tension between Naomi and her husband. Her special bond with her dogs Luke and Sarah, a Border Collie and Shi Tzu respectively, gave her the necessary drive to pursue her dreams and learn how to deepen her connection with animals. In this book, she shares her experiences as she helps people deal with issues related to their pets and transforms their lives for the better.

For a while, Naomi McDonald searched for the answers to the meaning of life in quantum physics, metaphysics, and even ancient mystery teachings. Through her research and real-life experiences, she found her calling as someone who could help others find solutions to problems relating to their pets. In They Sing To Our Souls, Naomi shows how animals help us tap into our inner intuition, opening our eyes to new thoughts, understanding, and experiences. Every anecdote she shares tackles a different issue concerning animals, and if you ever had a pet, you are going to relate to the stories in this book. I found the book to be inspirational and will gladly recommend it to everyone who loves animals.

They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak by Naomi McDonald has something for every animal lover: Heart, soul, wisdom, and more. This anthology gets right to the heart of the special bond that exists between animals and people, encouraging readers to find a deeper, more meaningful connection. Each story offers a life lesson or illustration of the power of our non-human friends. The author is described as an animal communicator, and she relates to their thoughts and wisdom on a deeper level than most of us are aware of or think is possible. This way of thinking and interacting with animals may be new to some, but the author and this book explain it in a way that could open your mind to the possibility.

McDonald takes you on a journey into a world of the animal psyche through clairvoyant hearing, seeing, and feeling. She also addresses psychological aspects of the human condition, and how pets can play a part in helping, healing, and grieving. You may not agree with all of the author's assertions, but she presents a fascinating read that is convincing and enlightening. Those interested in learning more about how pets and people operate in the metaphysical together can benefit from these meaningful stories, quotations, and images. The role or ability of a pet psychic is better understood with these twenty stories, and by the time you finish the book, you just may have a better understanding of your own role in life. My favorite story is about the mallard duck that likes French fries. The author's spiritual nature and enthusiasm shine through her book, which is refreshing. For a better understanding of the healing psychic bond between humans and animals, They Sing To Our Souls: The Animals Speak by Naomi McDonald is an excellent selection.
