When Kevin first starts receiving the visions, he’s not sure what they mean and neither is anyone else, but what he’s certain about is that he’s not crazy. It’s those visions that lead him to SETI and even further to NASA, but visions aren’t all he’s getting. The messages from space seem to be telling him something, directing him toward something, and even though he’s not certain what’s going to happen next, he’s sure that nothing is ever going to be the same in Book 1 of The Invasion Chronicles – Transmission by Morgan Rice.

If you’ve ever wondered what might be out there and just what their plans for us might be, then this is the book that you want to take a look at because 13-year-old Kevin is dealing with far more than he could have ever imagined. It’s a book full of adventure and plenty of characters that seem to be from all different walks of life. There’s Kevin, the young boy who’s just found out that he’s not even going to see his 14th birthday; Phil, the doctor with all the fancy lab equipment; Dr. Levin with her strong belief in everything Kevin has to say; and even Ted, the soldier that’s determined to protect them all. But this book isn’t just about adventures and happy endings, because there are some really crazy twists and turns that no one could have seen coming. Messages from outer space, alien life forms, and a mission to save the human race... Transmission by Morgan Rice definitely has it all.
