She encourages readers to stop investing in the status quo and bring change from within if they're seeking a different life. Get rid of the excuses and distractions that stop you from achieving your dreams. Stop wasting time doing things that make you feel powerless. Instead, dare to dream new dreams that bring purpose and meaning to your lives. Train yourself in calm waters and be prepared to weather the storm of unpredictabilities in life. Avoid self-doubt and self-criticism, and allow yourself to navigate the flow of circumstances rather than trying to force your way through against the stream.
