Unstoppable Confidence: A Life-Changing Workbook by Astrid Harris is a six course workbook to help those who have no confidence in themselves or for those who work in the field of counseling to help with their clients. How many times have you had to give a speech in front of a group of people and your confidence just flies right out the window? Or let's say someone comments on what you are wearing or tells you how good you look. Do you thank them, or do you say, "You're just saying that to make me feel good"? Doing this short study will help you to better understand yourself and to express your feelings on a confident level. How do you feel as a person? Do you like yourself; do you feel that you are as good as everyone else? When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see? This is just a touch of what you will find in this six-part study course.

I found this book to be helpful in a couple of ways: to help build my confidence when speaking before a crowd and in accepting compliments. This book will make you think and dig deeper within yourself to understand what is stopping you from having confidence in yourself. Unstoppable Confidence is more of a booklet than a book and will take approximately 20 minutes to read. However, you need to do more than read this book. You must apply the lessons to your life. Unstoppable Confidence appears to be a simple book, and it is. It is small and easy to read and understand, but there is nothing simple about the outcome of reading this book. This book would make a great small group study or part of the curriculum for a life class.
