Throughout the book the author gives valuable information that will guide readers to make continual progress in a positive way in all areas of life. The author’s medical background and personal experiences shared in the book make it easy for readers to understand health, wellness, disease, and sickness in a better way. So what are you waiting for? Use the tools in the book and move towards transforming yourself for the better!

The book handles an oft repeated topic in a unique and refreshing way. The concepts of "Hellth," "Wellth," and "Khi Hol Sol" are very interestingly handled and will encourage readers to not just exist, but live. It will help them to align the ten areas of their lives - health, mental, spiritual, relations, finance, career, education, recreation, emotional, and direction - thereby enabling them to focus on the areas that require more work.
