Keeping a journal is very beneficial for the mind because it clarifies ideas, improves the ability to solve problems, and stimulates memory, among many other things. The question is knowing how to start a journal and use it most effectively. Using A Journal: Declutter Your Life will help you enjoy the process of organizing day-to-day activities or long-term goals and includes sample planners. A.A. Sõbrad explains how to save a lot of time thinking and organizing. He also discusses techniques for writing more precisely and recognizing realistic goals. Writing a journal makes you responsible, efficient, and punctual, which is why it is good to keep a journal regardless of gender or age. You can analyze your experiences to rule out unproductive activities and have more time for yourself.
From the introduction, A.A. Sõbrad affirms his intention to help readers prepare a good journal, which is one of the reasons I liked this book. One of the advantages of using a journal is that we learn to organize our thoughts through writing, making it easier for us to understand different ideas. In addition, the author's suggestions help us resolve confusion and reflect on what bothers us. The best part is that it doesn't require much additional material other than a journal and the important thing is to have the skills to get the most out of it. Using A Journal is a very important guide because, in the end, everything we have written will give us a retrospective look to correct and not repeat mistakes.
