Author Biography

I initially designed this little book for myself. I need a journal to be able to carry with me in my bag or laptop bag. It's lovelier to jot down little things, random thoughts... doodles etc... rather than to access a phone app all the time.
I had so much positive feedback from friends, family and colleagues that I decided to publish it.
The response has been overwhelming and I think that is down to the concept coming from the heart, from a place where wellbeing to me, is something that is key to a happy life and the fact that it is simple to use and motivational at the same time.
