Beth C’ de Baca Bouvier has to introduce her boss at the company business dinner. Not being a speaker is one thing, but to top it off, it’s a costume party. Just want she needs.

Te Olde Costume Shoppe, Maybe they have what she needs.  She passed out.

The date 1531, Beth has been transferred back in time. First thing that crosses her mind is  this party sure is realistic. As she meets Philip Radcliffe, she remembers him from somewhere--the costume shop.

Now, the adventure begins. Come along on a fair journey as Beth tries to keep from insulting the King.  Philip plays her bodyguard.  Anne Boleyn with full-blown jealousy, along with her family, plot to get rid of her

As time goes on, Philip and Beth fall in love.  They are both accused of treason and sentenced to death.  Will they make it back to the 20th century before their execution?

You can not help but get a chuckle out of this story as you listen to Beth talk, forgetting she traveled back to the year 1531. This is a very good,  sweet read with a touch of  humor.
