Workout Plan: The Ultimate 30-day Workout Challenge for Beginners by Zoren Snow is an inspirational book about exercise. The author has packed the book with tips and steps to ensure that anyone who performs the "Workout Challenge" will ultimately produce a better self. Throughout the book, the author has provided some valuable and beneficial tips, some of which could be expensive if one hired a personal trainer or a health expert. Fitness and health are often overlooked until gone. Society fails to understand the importance and benefits of exercising. Anyone who gets this book will find something inside that will help them in one way or another.

"In the beginning, things may be hard, but if you are determined, then you need to trust yourself."

The author makes a valid point here. Whenever someone begins an exercise program, it's highly likely that you'll experience some type of soreness the next day. In some cases, soreness is not present, but as for those who experience soreness, the discomfort radiating through their body may become discouraging. From that point, everything else may be hard. During that time, as the author stated, you must be determined and trust yourself. Eventually the discomfort will fade and you will be on your way to a better YOU. I thoroughly enjoyed how the author named and explained each exercise to ensure that readers will be equipped with knowledge as he or she takes on the challenge. Even though I'm very knowledgeable about exercises, I may take on the 30-day Challenge the author provides in the back of the book. A small, concise and useful tool on exercising.
