A murder victim seeks revenge on those who ruined his life in the supernatural thriller Wraith by Raymond Bolton. While walking to their car, three thugs assault Warren and his family. Warren and his children die, and Brandy is left struggling for her life in the intensive care unit at the hospital. Earlier that day, Warren learned that Jordan, his partner, has been embezzling from their company for years, and he plans to leave the country with Brandy and the children. Angry at his demise and Jordan's betrayal, Warren refuses to go into the light. Instead, he returns to avenge his and his children's homicide and to thwart any plans Jordan has. Unfortunately, the more he attacks Jordan and the thugs, the more it affects Warren. It also makes Jordan more determined to leave the country with Brandy as quickly as possible. Soliciting the help of two of his employees and Jordan's wife, Warren hopes it will start the legal ball rolling. Can Warren get his revenge before Jordan leaves the States?

Dark and haunting, Wraith by Raymond Bolton is an extraordinary supernatural thriller. Seeing the world from the dead man's perspective is an original and fascinating variation of a ghost story. Well-written, it is a mesmerizing story that is unforgettable. The tragedy surrounding Warren and his family is heartrending, and it is easy to understand his desire for revenge. Because their personality traits depict the human aspects of greed, lust, drunkenness, and apathy, the main characters may not always be likable, but they give the story a realistic feel. This compelling horror story with its nightmarish ghosts and ghouls will thrill those who enjoy spine-tingling thrillers with a supernatural flavor.
