The book deals with the relevant topics of self acceptance and personal transformation, but what makes it stand out is the way the author has handled the topics. It is an easy read, uncomplicated and simple to practice, and can be easily incorporated into one's daily life. The notes that one can jot down after each chapter are indeed very helpful in analyzing thoughts and how one would like to design their lives. There is something to learn from the chapters that can be used to bring color into one's life and make it more aesthetic. Designing one's life and giving it color forms the highlight of the book and it helps empower readers and also enables them to rise above their problems and bring a positive energy into their lives.
