Gary begins the book by likening debt to weight gain - “When we eat more calories than we burn, we will gain weight. When we spend more money than we earn, we will gain debt.” In You Can Be Debt Free: How to Get Out of Debt and Stay There, Gary begins to unfold various ways to get and stay out of debt, from first having you look at the root of your debt by laying it all out on paper and the worst ways to get out of debt (i.e. Debt Consolidation Loans) to ways to balance your budget. If you are in debt, You Can Be Debt Free is for you. Gary also offers a bonus and a 72-hour refund if you are not satisfied; now that’s a great deal.
Being debt free should not be a dream but a reality that we must strive to attain. There are times that circumstances cause us to be in debt, but we do not have to stay there.
