The six steps given in the book will make changes in the way one thinks and eats, and the way one takes care of their own self. There are a lot of things that make one whole and complete, and shape who they are and how they feel. The author shares her personal story and how she transformed her life by listening to her body, nurturing her body and soul, and finally living a happy and healthy, zesty life.

The book awakens self-awareness, which is very important to develop a healthy diet. The book is an eye-opener for readers who want to change their diet to that of a healthy one, and gives awareness on what impacts the way one feels and looks and one's overall well being. There is also an awareness of how to achieve the secret formula to live a healthy, zesty life. The author’s approach to the topic is excellent and she has tips on how to stick to maintaining a good diet, and the good habits that need to be followed for a healthy life. The topic has been handled well and the author encourages readers to reflect on their healing process, what needs improvement, and to identify the next steps needed for implementing what is required for a healthy, zesty life.

I suffer of constant fatigue, and feel tired from the moment I wake up until late at night. Coffee doesn't help much, nor the sleep therapy I went through. I bought this book expecting to find a few interesting ideas on how to get rid of my constant tiredness. To my surprise the book has much more than all that. I found it a good read, written in a very personal way, witty and with a positive spirit. I've scheduled already a preliminary consultation with Camelia. I hope she'll make me "feel healthy and zesty again" as her program promises.

The first step is how to improve your gut health; having suffered with chronic digestive distress for more than 25 years, this chapter is very helpful to me. You learn how to identify the foods from your diet that cause digestive issues, how to avoid them and what (and how) to eat to improve your gut health.

It also teaches you how to add new healthy habits to your routine (like moving your body); even more importantly, it teaches you how to stick to these habits (everything is explained with many details and a few examples, this approach was a revelation to me).

Reading this book, you are more aware of everything involved in your wellbeing.
