A Billion Butterflies by TL Brown and JB Brown is a lepidopterist's delight. As a young girl is playing outside, she is surprised when a butterfly lands on her nose. As the rhyming story progresses, more and more butterflies appear. A beautiful array of fluttering wings soon surrounds her. Each page is filled with wonder and delight as the butterflies continue to gather. She is enjoying the spectacle and the sweet butterfly kisses that caress her skin. This colorful tale ends with a surprise. Will the butterflies stay or go?
