A Little Patience is a children's picture book written by Michelle Mae and illustrated by Marta Taylor. The story follows Chase, a child who struggles with waiting. He does not understand the concept of being patient, but with the help of his mother, he learns that patience is an important quality to have. To make it easier for Chase to understand, his mother suggests that he think of patience as a friend who can help him wait for things, even if he wants them right away. Using his imagination, Chase creates an imaginary friend named Patience, and the two become best friends. They spend their time playing and coloring together while waiting for lunch or for his mother to take them to the store. During their trip to the store, Chase learns what it feels like to lose patience and helps his mother find hers. Get a copy of this book and join Chase as he learns about patience.

A Little Patience is a delightful story with a unique concept that teaches children about the importance of having patience. Although the lessons in this book are aimed at children, they can also be relevant to adults. Chase is a lovable character facing a relatable challenge shared by many children. Michelle Mae's conversational and calm writing style will appeal to children and help them understand the story. The book is well-written, with colorful illustrations that make it lively and visually appealing. The artwork perfectly aligns with the story, and it is easy to distinguish the real characters from the imaginary ones. I enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it to anyone who loves storybooks that teach children about social skills.
