Though the first thought that might come to the reader’s mind upon seeing the title of this book could be of scantily clad women dancing around a pole, The Gentleman’s Club is very nearly the exact opposite. Baron Samuel has written a definitive guide for men to become the gentlemen that they were meant and created to be. Throughout the chapters of his book, Baron helps direct a man’s focus on things that will truly turn him into a man by investing in the right behavior, and mental and spiritual preparations. Baron primarily addresses the attitudes that hold men down and their old habits which continue to drag them backward. By changing attitudes and actions, readers of The Gentleman’s Club can throw off the baggage. They can really start creating an identity for themselves and, in turn, for their family and more importantly, their sons and the young men that they influence. Being a gentleman is a matter of choice and the invitation has already been given out. Who will accept the invitation to become a member of The Gentleman’s Club and start off on a path of change for which men were created?

The extraordinary effort to transform men undertaken by Baron Samuel in The Gentleman’s Club should be met with thunderous applause. Where the stereotypes and damage done by fatherless homes have attacked the most profoundly, Baron Samuel steps forward with a guide for restoration, not only calling upon men to change their attitudes, but follow those attitudes with solid action. Guided by sound scriptural references, the guidelines laid out in The Gentleman’s Club have the potential to transform lives. Straightforward, inspiring and profound; The Gentleman’s Club is an honest and direct solution for fixing a serious problem in society.
