The journal can be a resource for studying on your own but it can also serve as a basis for discussion. The ultimate goal of the journal is to provide a foundation for personal meditation and easy spiritual exploration. The lessons provided help to enrich God’s word in your life and as guidance as you embark on the path to strengthen your faith. This is open to those who are new to spirituality, those who are lost, and those seeking to delve further. Each lesson features a Bible journaling activity that guides meditation and allows for thinking deeper about the scripture through provided questions. Several themes are featured with different topics explored including temptation, fear and anxiety, harmony, and peace. These topics are ideal for discussions and mediation as several are the roots of struggles that people face in daily life.

An important component of the journal is using scripture to understand how to be strong in Christ.
