Most of us unwittingly eat disease-promoting food at every meal. The author shares her knowledge and wisdom about food items that promote rejuvenation and health rather than sickness and disease. This book sets one on the right path to experience the completeness of healthy living, and guides readers to free themselves from medical enslavement. This is a book about nutrition, detoxification, and food empowerment, and definitely a useful tool in making wiser health choices.

The author takes readers into the world of food and describes how food works in the body, foods that can be detrimental to our well being and how these should be avoided, and foods that can help us maintain health and wellness by making proper dietary choices. I found the contents of the book useful and helpful in making the right food choices, where one can take control of their health by eating right.
