English Magic: English USA by R. Royale is a good book to improve one's spoken English. It not only teaches oral English communication skills, but also makes one confident of speaking English in English speaking countries and environments. The three key methods of listen, remember, and speak suggested in the book help everyone to speak the language with fluency and proficiency. Taking the lessons in the book step by step and following the unique methodology will be helpful to all those looking to improve their level of English speaking and reading.
I found the book very useful for everyone, especially non-native English speakers, as it delves into the finer details of the language, the nuances, how the letters of the alphabet are pronounced, and how words should be spoken and used while talking. The book also explains common hand gestures used while conversing and how these can be misinterpreted. The book has a few samples of hand gestures, though we can see a lot more around us in our daily lives. The practice exercises are helpful in achieving fluency in language and communication skills.
It's a good book for all those who teach English language to try out on their students. The methods are innovative and interesting and teach one to learn English faster. The idioms, catchphrases and their meanings are also helpful for students to use while writing, and also help in good articulation. The three simple methods of listen, remember, and speak in the book will aid in unlocking one's natural ability to comprehend the language.
