Feeling All My Worry is a children’s picture book written and illustrated by Kim T.S. The book aims to help children conquer their feelings of worry and anxiety. The book follows Kimi, a cute giraffe who worries constantly. She fears the storm, has haunting nightmares, and does not play in the pool. All this prevents her from enjoying life and having fun with her friends. Fortunately, she has a little friend on her shoulder who encourages and guides her on how to control her worries. Kimi learns to channel her thoughts and actions into activities that help lessen her worries, and eventually, she lets go of her fears.

Feeling All My Worry is part of the Feeling All My Feelings Book series by Kim T.S. The collection helps teach children about emotions. I love this concept and hope many kids get the chance to read these books. Whether you are an adult or a child, we all worry. It is a normal feeling, but we should not let it cripple us or prevent us from being happy. The author does a great job of explaining the purpose of worries, how they can be controlled, and the habits you can develop to turn them into positive tools. She encourages kids to prepare and plan for the future to lessen anxiety and gives realistic examples that many children will find relatable. Apart from this profound lesson, the book contains beautiful illustrations that complement the story and perfectly capture the characters' emotions. I highly recommend this book to anyone with children who experience anxiety.
