Retired U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, Jammer Davis is part of the NTSB's 'go-team.' Davis attempts to uncover the cause of a mysterious crash of the brand new Cargo Air C-500., a flying-wing cargo plane operating under fly-by-wire technology, that fell like a stone from six miles up, into central France, killing two pilots aboard. Meanwhile, a series of terrorist suicide attacks threatens oil facilities around the world. Davis, helped by beautiful CIA agent Anna Sorensen, bulls his way through bureaucratic obstruction, inept and corrupt officials, hired killers, and problems at home with his teenage daughter, Jenny. By uncovering the cause of the crash, and it’s terrifying connection to this worldwide disaster, they reveal a conspiracy of unthinkable proportions-a conspiracy like none ever seen before.

As good thrillers should, right from the start, "Fly By Wire" brings the reader into a gripping thrill ride. With a superb plot, filled with surprises, it weaves a fast paced narrative that brings different events together to form a vast evil scheme, one that could be all too real. The characters are first rate, the good guys, and the bad. The protagonist is strong, but human, with the same doubts and worries of any parent. The dialog is great and down to earth. The ending is terrific. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
