Scott Montgomery answers the questions about the way he achieved his goals in his book How Did You Get Here? The author communicates the importance of networking, goal setting, and communication skills as he writes about his challenges and successes in real estate and entrepreneurship. He includes some insights into the formation and fortune of his company Worldgate, LLC, and the ways his company continued to thrive during the pandemic. Montgomery includes his choices for fitness, self-care, and mindfulness, and provides readers with questions at the end of each section for review and reflection.

Scott Montgomery’s success was not something he was given or achieved overnight. His hard work and determination, along with his people skills and the ability to recognize an opportunity, helped him accomplish his goals. Young people could learn a lot from the mistakes Montgomery made while learning better decision-making skills and developing better attitudes when approaching potential conflicts. Montgomery’s humble approach makes his advice highly readable; he admits his mistakes freely and attacks the situation again with a new perspective or improved understanding. The guided questions are motivational, causing readers to rethink their approaches and fully outline their plans for their futures. Even after the book ends, the author encourages his readers to download a free goal-setting guide to help them on their journey. How Did You Get Here? is a great selection for young people who want a career in business or entrepreneurship or for modern businesspeople who seek inspiration as they navigate a competitive business world.
