People may not realize that forgiveness is the sure biggest sign of toughest. The natural reaction people have towards anger is wanting to get even or keep it bottled up in self-pity until all it erupts, but letting go and allowing bygones be bygones is a better path.

This latest book "Instant Forgiveness" does a pretty good job on discussing different ways to release bitterness for others and even for yourself in very easy to-do ways.

The methods the book presents are very concise and easy to do immediately. The thing I like most is that they even can be used on the spot when a person makes you angry like the "blind spot pardon," besides those for those folks who have hurt you in the past for a long time to show you how to reconcile with them so to eliminate negative feelings they may have toward you.

I believe this book brought up a good point is that we can all feel self-victims when the other person may feel the same way for something we unintentionally have done, thinking we've been hurt and it was all their fault.

Short but does the job as it needs to, no more no less. The emotional detoxification method I found to be blessing for those who deal with stress and difficult people and the harmful effect they can have on your mind, body and spirit. Highly recommend it!

Forgiving someone can be incredibly difficult to do. It's something I personally have struggled with before which is why I find this book so helpful. Chapter 2: Ways to Forgive was very insightful in terms of explaining how to forgive and move on rather than be spiteful and try to get people back. They listed ways to keep one's self calm in situations where anger may overtake all other emotions, as well as helping to develop behavior to avoid certain situations that could trigger a potential situation where there may be an argument or altercation.
I think the biggest piece I took away from this book was that when you refuse to forgive and forget you're bottling up negativity which can make you sick, both emotionally and physically. Through the meditations and exercises, I've been able to release all of the toxicity and find inner peace. I've also managed to get a handle on the stress I've suffered with recently which has been a tremendous improvement in my life.
All in all, this book is direct and easy to follow, not too long either. If you're looking to learn how to forgive and release all the negative energy stored up within yourself, I highly suggest this book to you. The price is great and the information is invaluable! Learning to forgive and let go will be the healthiest choice you could make for yourself.

We all seek forgiveness at some point during our lives and forgiving someone can be one of the hardest things we ever do. But if we practice and use the advice in this book, we can instantly dissolve the emotional baggage that is bringing us and holding us down, whether we realize it or not.

In order to move forward we must learn to forgive by accepting differences and pardoning flaws. If we hold onto grudges, this will just keep us in a constant state of irritation, which benefits no one! We need to be prepared to forgive someone.

There is great advice in this book which shows ways to forgive, such as developing an “It’s not with it!” attitude, focusing on priorities and most of all putting commonsense above all else.

Ideas for unburdening your emotional baggage: Meditation, breath purification, physical control and blind spot pardon, which is control or blocking your emotions by concentrating on light. Mainly we just need to ignore the problems we have no control over.

Preventive Measures: Look back on the moment of the problem … reconstruct the scene … what could you have done differently? Think objectively in a quiet room … what could have been different?
People like to put negativity on others mainly because they are feeling negative as well.

Forgiveness is the healing you need before you can enjoy your life again! Free Yourself! It won’t happen overnight, but if you follow the advice and do the exercises in this book, you will see and feel a major difference in your life.
