Instant Passion: How to Find Your Passion in Life Instantly is a motivational work crafted to help people overcome the lackluster moments in their lives and find a new - or old - thing that they love to spend time on. It is written by the creators of the Instant Series and seems to be just one piece of a larger volume of work about enhancing the lives of their readers. For a motivational book, it is clearly organized, very detailed, and filled with useful exercises that can help people visualize what they are trying to learn, and it is very passionate in how it tries to involve people in the process to make their lives better.

The one detail about this work that repeats over and over is the word 'passion' because it is used in the text on every page, usually multiple times. This isn't a bad thing because the work is all about inspiring passion, but it has a tendency to feel repetitious. This repetition is good, because it reinforces the theme. There are activities the reader is encouraged to perform throughout the text that will help them understand the concepts by introducing personal experiences, like imagining a profession we think is 'passionate' and then stopping to ask ourselves why.

This is the key piece of the puzzle because it is a self-help book pressuring us to ask the 'why' in life. Everyone has passion, and this book is just the thing to help people who might have lost their joy to regain it. Instant Passion: How to Find Your Passion in Life is an excellent motivational work by the Instant Series that will help anyone reevaluate their life and encourage them to find and hold onto the things they love.

A passion for something, be it cars, literature, computers or other fields, can add color to our lives. Yet too often, pursuing our passions becomes lost in the grind of daily life, and this can lead to a dull and dreary existence. So what are we to do? The editors of The Instant Series are here to help with the latest addition to the line: Instant Passion: How to Find your Passion in Life Instantly.

The book's first two chapters discuss the passions we have held in our lives, and how we can potentially lose, and rediscover them. Now that you have established what your passion is, the following two chapters concern themselves with how to work with the passion. A fifth chapter is devoted to exercises about passion, and the final two chapters discuss nurturing your newly discovered passion for the rest of your life.

Instant Passion is short and to the point, and does not weigh the reader down with useless facts and theories, and instead focuses on real-world applications of the methods discussed. It accomplishes this by peppering exercises throughout that help the reader discover what they are passionate about, as well as how to sustain this passion.

Life is too short to not pursue interests one is passionate about, and with its practical, real world applications, Instant Passion is a great way to establish a connection to what interests you.

Instant Passion is a great book to have when your passion for something seems to be on or off. I myself am have no singular passion for anything, or if I do, my passion is fleeting and temporary.

The exercises in the book are very helpful in gaining passion. It seems trite, but if one does them, one can clearly see how your passion is connected to action. Practice does make perfect. The book teaches that passion is not only an emotion, but also something you can enhance and develop as time goes on.

The book helps you handle distractions, derailment, and other things that steal passion. It provides a map to getting back on track on doing what you really love. The book also explains how to make something you are passionate about relevant to your daily life, and making that passion realistic with short term goal making.

There are a few warnings. Instant Passion teaches how to get around those obstacles. It is all on you, as the book says.

All in all, this book is a fountainhead of ideas to spark life in whatever you want to do. With the end in sight, this book will be useful in encouraging you to make that leap. Read it!

We all have a passion for something! Personally, I’m passionate about three things: Animals, Music and Books. That’s pretty much my life in a nutshell. But for others their lives are so routine, that they’ve forgotten what they were once passionate about. Dreams we once had have taken a backseat in our lives due to work and family commitments. If you’ve lost your passion, Chapter 2 teaches us how to reconnect and rekindle that flame!

We also learn how to pursue our passions and share our excitement with others. This habit will certainly keep it alive as well as combining what we’re passionate about with our goals. Match your passion with your goals and it will make you more productive through doing what you love, plus your mood will be greatly enhanced. That’s a win/win situation!

This book is a quick read, but loaded with great information! It’s easy to understand and right to the point. If you are looking for an interesting read that actually teaches us something, this book would be great for you!
