So much so, in fact, that I had to re-read the entire story, and this proved to me how good a writer Lupton is. His writing is brilliantly detailed and keeps you hooked on every page; I didn't want the story to end! I enjoyed every page of Joseph 3-in-1 Superhero and I urge anyone with a passion for action-themed books to grab a copy.

Fortunately, this book does not have any coarse language, adult situations, or heroic stunts that might lead the child reader to try something dangerous. Author Joseph Lupton takes on a tall order indeed, creating three intertwined superheroes and three intertwined supervillains, and then attempts to craft a plot that encompasses them all at a concise enough length to keep a young audience hooked, and he manages the complexities of this task admirably well. Fans of the ongoing series are certainly likely to follow the plot threads better than newcomers, but even so, the scenes are clearly described and well signposted for readers to jump to the next action sequence and keep enjoying the wacky goings-on. I also feel this novel is a great way to introduce youngsters to the surreal fiction subgenre and show them that there don’t have to be set “rules” to creativity and the stories you want to tell. Overall, Joseph 3-in-1 Superhero A Surreal Trilogy is a great novel and indeed a series that plenty of superhero fans are likely to enjoy.
