Learn to Self-Heal by Christina Richter is an engaging book filled with practical insights, valuable information, useful tips, and suggestions. The book touches briefly on the use of conventional medicines, the use of natural therapies, and the modalities of healing which includes real-life case studies, and highlights the dangers of illnesses and diseases such as depression. It is a personal and practical guide towards wholeness, understanding the self, and maintaining holistic wellness. The book blends astrology, holistic medicine, and spirituality together and provides readers with a wealth of knowledge and understanding that can be applied and practiced.
Divided into four sections, the first section deals with Astro-Medicine, the second one with Ayurveda, the third section is about Spiritual Health, and the final and fourth section is about the Modalities of Healing. All the topics have been discussed in detail, giving readers good techniques and tools to understand themselves and maintain wellness and wholeness in their living.
