The book has good affirmations that have been expressed in an entertaining and interactive way while youngsters are coloring, drawing, or writing and saying their favorite affirmation. The creative exercises and positive statements in the book are good tools to develop self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-esteem in children, and make them feel good about themselves, and be mindful of their actions and words.
It is an excellent book to introduce to children at an early age because it teaches them how to love themselves and also look at life and their surroundings with a positive and happy frame of mind. Annemarie O'Brien gives clarity to the concept with her wonderful illustrations that will help readers to enjoy the exercises and have fun doing them. There can be no better way than this to help children learn about the importance of affirmations and how these can change their lives for the better.
