Of Course, I Am Loved, written by Tamesha Williams and illustrated by Lana Lee, is a bright and colorful picture book aimed at young readers. The main character in the book hears a new word from his mother and, throughout the book, he tries to figure out what it means. He describes his daily activities, from being good to being naughty. He realizes that no matter what he does, he remains loved by his parents and grandparents. Children will identify with the character's actions, such as drumming while his father tries to watch a movie and spilling his juice on purpose. Through the story, they will learn that love applies not only to the situations described in the book but also to their lives, helping them understand that even if they are naughty or break something by accident, their parents or caregivers will never stop loving them.

Of Course, I Am Loved by Tamesha Williams is written in rhyme and will appeal to young readers and teach them the lovely sounds of words. The book conveys the important message that no matter what a child does, they are and will remain loved. Throughout the text, some affirmations emphasize the unique traits that the child has and how they relate to his world while reminding him that he is loved. Children reading or being read this book will realize that their parents tolerate their annoying behavior because they are loved. The book is short and to the point, which will make a great addition to your child's reading list.
