The author suggests readers should practice mindfulness and meditation which will help them handle stress better. The book takes readers through understanding various stresses, and gives tips on how to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques to promote good health.

The book is a useful tool for everyone in today's world which is dominated by light, noise, electronics, and the rise of social media. The author speaks about this topic extensively and gives readers a clear idea of how to identify stress, to take charge of it, and get their lives back on track. The different types of meditations suggested in the book are easy to practice and can be done at home by anyone. There is also good guidance to practice mindfulness, which enables us to slow down and appreciate our lives with our daily activities.
